J exit at Danville, MO, take Highway J southwest 2.5 miles to the junction of Highway J and Highway N, continue straight ahead for 1/4 mile to Tract One on the left and Tract Two is straight ahead on the right. TRACT 2
4.0 +/- acres and has frontage and access off Highway N, which runs along the south side of the property. The Montgomery County FSA Office calls for 3.96 acres of crop land, the balance is in a narrow strip of woods that border the field.
TRACT 3
