TRACT 1
108 acres +/- and according to the FSA office there are approximately 99.6 cropland acres. This tract of land is primarily productive tillable farmland. Tile terraces have been installed. Soils include highly productive Mexico, Putnam and Leonard.
FSA Acreages: With documentation available to our office we have estimated to the best of our ability the individual tillable acres on each tract, we invite individual bidders to consult the FSA maps for their own calculations. Final FSA acreages will be determined by the FSA office.
Method of Sale: The Milner property will be sold on a price per acre basis.It will be a live-onsite auction with internet bidding through WheelerLIve. Internet bidders must be pre-approved 24 hours prior to the sale.
Survey: The Milner family has commissioned a survey. We will adjust the acreage on the farm to the newly completed survey.
Terms & Conditions: 10% down day of sale with the balance due on or before January 28th, 2025. Title insurance premium deed preparation, title search and closing costs to be split 50/50 between buyers and seller. All title work and closing Monroe County Abstract.
