In mid 2008 Charlie Nordwald joined the sales
team at Wheeler Auctions & Real Estate. Charlie comes with 35 years of
auction and real estate experience. Charlie is a licensed auctioneer and
real estate broker in both Missouri and Illinois.
In 1973 Charlie graduated from the Missouri Auction School and began working at Central Missouri Livestock Center in Mexico, MO. In 1977 Charlie started in the auction profession with the auction firm of Allen & Nordwald Auction Service and for 25 years enjoyed a career selling farm machinery, fleet vehicles, construction and utility equipment and real estate, buying Nick Allen’s portion of the business in 2003. Charlie has worked for a wide variety of clients including individuals, estates, large and small corporations, bankruptcies, trustees, trust officers, attorneys, foreclosures, FMHA, SBA, Ameren UE and others. Charlie has dedicated himself to the auctioneer service, knowing full well that all auctions are similar, yet different. They are similar in that they need to be prepared, arranged and promoted properly to be successful.
