Auction Schedule - Order of Sale
We will start on shop tools and equipment at 10:00 AM and at 12 noon we will sell the real estate, immediately afterward we will sell tractors, implements, etc. then finish with the household and miscellaneous items.
Real Estate
63 Acres located in Township 54N, Range 11W, Section 34 of Monroe County, Missouri, to be offered in two tracts.
  Tract 1  
5 Acres containing the Gibler residence, shop, and various other out buildings and improvements.

The house is approximately 1,976 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, large living/family room, dining area, kitchen and utility room.


The large living/ family room is fully carpeted, has an outside entrance onto the large deck and the covered front entry. The large master bedroom has a half bath and lots of closet space.


The utility room is right inside the back door and has vinyl flooring and is setup for an electric dryer.


The kitchen has wooden cabinets, Formica counter tops with a stainless, steel double sink. The appliances are staying with the house, they will include a late model LPG cook stove, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer and built-in dishwasher. For extra coziness the kitchen has a wall mounted gas heater w/ thermostat.


The house has a partial basement under the south end with a walk-out door and an overhead garage door for easy access along with a large outside concrete apron.

58 Acres with frontage and access along the east and south sides from MCR 956. According to the Monroe County FSA Office 24.42 acres are tillable. The open ground has been used recently for hay production and is in permanent grass with the balance in woods along the west and north sides with wooded fence rows and a wooded creek bank.

In the very north west corner the property has access to Salt River. The farm has a spring and some unusual trees that are claimed to be some sort off witness or marker trees by the Indians.


There is a 3/4 acre lake that is stocked with lots of channel catfish.


This tract also has a very large 42' x 46' functional pole frame machine/livestock/hay shed on it. The shed has rollback doors on the east and south sides.


There is also an authentic hand-built one-room log cabin on Tract 2 that sits right by the lake. It was constructed by the Giblers from lumber that was harvested right on their farm.
