From Higbee, MO 65257, take Highway B west 4 1/4 miles to Randolph County Road 2840, turn left, go south 1 1/2 miles to Tract 2 lies on the right (west) side of road at the County Line.
Continue for 3/4 mile south on Howard County Road 249 to Tract 1 on the left (just 2/10 miles north of Hwy. U on County Road 249). The auction will be held at Tract 1.
