The real estate consists of a total of 19.33 +/- acres to be offered in four tracts, all with road frontage and their own reliable access.

5.5 +/- Acres and the primary homestead, detached garage and other storage/workshop buildings.
 
The house has rural water, septic tank and lagoon, concrete driveway and large concrete area out in front of the garage and shed.
 
The home was constructed in 1978 and the Hultzs have owned and occupied it since 1980. It consists of approximately 2,716 sq. feet of quality living space with lots of updated amenities for added comfort and efficiency.
 
The exterior of the home is a combination of brick and steel siding with a shingle roof, in addition it has a very large front deck that is accessible from the master bedroom and family room and a rear deck that is accessed from a third bedroom.

10% Down sale day with the balance due and possession given at closing in 30 days or less except of the house.  Possession of the house will be given 30 days after closing. The 2019 property taxes will be pro-rated to the day of closing. The cost for title preparation, title insurance and closing costs will be split 50/50 between the Seller and Buyer.
