  Auctioneer's Note
Mildred's Family has occupied this property for three generations and it has not been for sale during that period. It has a great location, between Troy and Winfield just off Highway 47,  just minutes from St. Charles County and the greater Metropolitan St. Louis Area.

There is a very spacious home with lots of nice amenities that provide comfort and quality to the country lifestyle. In addition, it has just enough acreage and outbuildings to allow for a small livestock project.

The acreage lays great and is perfect for farming and recreational uses or future residential development.
