Tract 1: 51 +/- Acres located on the north end of the farm with frontage along the north on Highway K and on the east side along Audrain County Road 691. The tract is primarily open, fenced and currently in pasture/ hay production. This tract could easily be converted to tillable crop ground with a high percentage of it being farmable.
