Tracts 1 & 2: From the north edge of Paris, MO, take Hwy. 15 north 5.2 miles to Monroe County Road 311, go straight ahead 2.2 miles to Monroe County Road 356, turn right and go east 1/4 mile to Tract 2 on the right. To get to Tract 1 continue on MCR 356 to Monroe County Road 351 and go straight ahead to end of 351.
 
Tracts 3 & 4:
From the junction of MCR 356 and MCR 351, continue north on MCR 356 to junction of MCR 360.

enlarge305 Acres located in TWP 55 N, R10W, sections 2 and TWP 56N, R10W, Sections 35 & 36 in Monroe County, MO, to be offered in 4 tracts ranging from 40 to 104 acres and Tracts 1, 2 and 4 will be surveyed before the auction. Tract 3 will be conveyed off the legal.

TRACT 1:  104.8 Acres located in Twp 55N, R10W, Section 2 in Monroe County accessed off the dead end of Monroe County Road 351. There are 78.32 acres that are tillable and 4.04 acres are restricted use according to the FSA office. There is a wooded draw that runs into the middle of the tract.

TRACT 2:   38.5 Acres with road frontage on Monroe County Road 356 along the north side. The tract is all fenced with new fence down the east side. It is basically open and being used for hay production and grazing with a wooded draw that runs diagonally through the tract. There are two ponds on this tract.

enlargeTRACT 3: 80 Acres in Twp 56N, R10W, Section 35 in Monroe County that is located on Monroe County Road 356, from the junction of MCR 356 and MCR 351, continue north on MCR 356 to Junction of 360. There are 52.18 acres that are tillable according to the FSA and currently in soybeans. The tillable acreage is terraced and there is a wooded area across the middle of this tract and a nice pond. (There is a water meter located in the southeast corner along MCR 360 on this tract, it is for the private use of the Baker homestead. They will retain the right of access for repairs and maintenance to this meter.)

This tract is located 1/2 mile east of Tract 3 on MCR 360. MCR 360 fronts the south side of this tract for a short distance and MCR 319 touches this tract in the northeast corner and there is a set of double metal gates. This tract is terraced with a wooded draw that runs the full length of the tract and wooded fence rows. There is a small wood frame metal sided building that is currently being used for machinery storage in the south west corner of this tract. It would be perfect for a hunting headquarters.
