  Auctioneer's Note
The Collard Property provides a wonderful opportunity to purchase some of Pike County's most productive farmland that has been in the same family for decades.

It has a great location, lots of road frontage, good drainage and has been well cared for. In addition, it is close enough to the river to offer some quality water fowl hunting. The Ted Shank State Refuge is just 3 miles north and the Great River National Wildlife Refuge is just 1 mile from the property.

The farm is designed for easy flooding along the 4.41 acre drainage strip, making it even more ideal for some quality water fowl hunting with lots of food sources and ample water.
