 Terms & Conditions on the Real Estate 
10% down payment will be required of the successful bidder at the conclusion of the bidding process, the balance will be due and possession given a closing in 30 days or less, subject to removal of the greenhouses. The 2018 real estate taxes will be pro-rated to the date of closing. The cost of title preparation, search and title insurance premium will be split 50/50 between the seller and the buyer.

 Greenhouses 
The Greenhouses, will be sold individually, after the real estate and must be paid for the day of the auction and removed by the buyer within 60 days of auction date.
 

Four (4) Zimmerman 30' X 96' steel tubing and pipe frame greenhouses, complete with existing plumbing, wiring, lights, heaters, fans, louvers, and cooling units.

 

To be sold after the greenhouses is the Bartlett computerized controller system, 200 amp breaker box, and Sensaphone computerized alarm system.

 

These green houses were all used for plant production in 2017 and are virtually complete. They will be sold standing, and if bought by someone other than the real estate buyer, are to be removed from the premises within 60 days of the auction date.
