  Special Note  
The levee that protects this parcel from the Davis Creek drainage is farmer built and goes with the property. There are no levee taxes and it protects the ground from most all heavy rains or flooding. When exceptions occur such as the 8 inch downpour we had in July of 17, the land will drain to the North East and be off the farm generally within 24 hours. The levied ground is very stable, with heavy grass that can be mowed for hay production. FSA measures this as 5.93 acres.
