enlargeTRACT 1 consists of 142 acres that is virtually all tillable with the exception of an old bin site and a small patch of woods that runs along the south side and a small draw. This tract has frontage on the north side on MCR 394 and on the west there is a private drive that accesses the farm from MCR 317. This portion of the farm is terraced and currently in crop production, in addition there is a small piece of this tract in the southwest corner along the creek that is enrolled in CRP.
