This Paris / Mexico, MO, area property lies in Township 53N, Range 9W, Section 27 of Monroe County, in the northwest corner of Hwy. Z and Monroe County Road 706.

The Monroe County FSA Office indicates that there is 138.01 acres that are terraces, tillable and currently in row crop. The balance is in fenced permanent cattle pasture, fence rows, draws and the actual homestead.

Improvements include a single story frame house that was built in 1955 by the Jones. The house has 3 bedrooms with cedar lined closets and one completely remodeled handicap accessible bathroom. The house has a kitchen with wooden cabinets and a large dining/living room. The house has beautiful uncovered hardwood floors. 10% down payment due at the closing of the bidding process day of auction. The balance is due and possession given at closing in 30 days or less subject to current farm tenant rights. The buyer to pay the title insurance premium.
According to the current tenancy contract the farm tenant will retain possession of the farmland and pasture until December 31, 2017, after that all possession rights will go to the new buyer. Possession of the outbuildings will be retained by David Jones until 30 days after closing. Possession of the house will be given at closing.

The Jones Family will retain all the 2017 farm income and pay all the 2017 real estate property taxes.

The Jones Family will be placing a deed restriction on the entire farm, restricting the building or operation of any type of CAFO on the property.
