REAL ESTATE
The real estate consists of one 98 m/l acre tract that lies along Highway 168 with frontage in two places. The property is currently being accessed by a short ingress and egress easement on an existing roadway directly off Highway 168.

The property has 33 acres open, which has a 10.8 acre portion in CRP at $57.53 per acre until September 30, 2011, the balance of the open ground is under a verbal year to year cash rent agreement that pays $900.00 total per year.
